Child Dental Health Expert
Born in Samsun, I completed my dental education at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Dentistry between 2011 and 2016, graduating with the honor of being the top student of the term (valedictorian). Following my graduation, I passed the National Specialization Exam in Dentistry (DUS) and began my specialization training at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at Akdeniz University, becoming a specialist in 2020.
During my specialization, I had the opportunity to deeply learn about children's oral and dental health, developmental processes, and behavior management techniques. My thesis focused on "Evaluation of oral and dental health findings in children with hemophilia," providing me with significant experience in treating children with special needs and systemic diseases.
I believe the most important elements in pediatric dentistry are trust and affection. Therefore, I aim to create a safe and fun environment where children can visit without fear, develop a patient and sensitive approach shaped by their needs, and educate families to instill long-term oral health habits.
To stay current with global scientific developments, I have attended trainings on Pediatric Zirconia Crowns, MTA applications, and Root-to-Crown Dentistry, as well as the European Haemophilia Consortium EHC Conference in Skopje, Macedonia.
